Waiting indicator
The three dots a reply shows between the question and its first word, so the reader knows the model is on it.

<!-- Streaming with nothing in it yet: the dots hold the place of the first token. -->
<aparte-chat-bubble message-id="a1" data-role="assistant" name="Assistant" streaming></aparte-chat-bubble>Between sending a question and the first token of the answer there is a pause: the model is
reading, maybe calling a tool. The reply’s bubble fills it with three dots, which give way to
the text as soon as it arrives. It is on by default and needs nothing from your app: a bubble
that is streaming with nothing in it yet shows it.
The waiting region keeps a minimum height, so the first token does not make the transcript jump.
